We only use the very best quality timber from selected trees, which is the area of timber where the annual rings are closest together. Each slat is carefully selected when joining the table together, to ensure that both the color and the finished look will be in harmony.

The table top is constructed around a 12 mm thick plywood board which has been epoxy treated twice. The surface consists of 4 mm thick teak slats with caulking in between. The table top is 16 mm thick- not including the raised edging. Certain models are made up of a thicker plywood board which gives a total thickness of 20 mm.

Nautic Star - Slide An exclusive table with two sliding leaves, which when fully extended, provide a table twice the size and which is extremely stable. The table is very attractive in both the closed and expanded positions. When extended, the embedded Nautic Star is displayed. The table contains locking magnets which are compass neutral from a distance of 50 cm. The total thickness of the table is 16 mm, not including the 4 mm raised edging. Gliding tracks are in stainless steel.

Nautic Star - Wing This table has two hinged table leaves which double the size of the table when fully extended. When extended, an embedded compass rose is visible and the teak slats are laid as to provide a uniform appearance when both folded and extended. The two extendible supports provide extra stability. The total thickness of the top is 20 mm. It has hidden stainless steel hinges.

Nautic Star - Circle A double folding table constructed to provide stability in the extended position, due to a narrow beading upon which the foldable top rests. The circle in the middle contains an embedded compass rose and is 25 cm in diameter. The total thickness is 20 mm. It has hidden stainless steel hinges.

Nautic Star - Balcony This is a table which can be raised up and away from the wall when in use, and folded back down afterwards. There is a compass rose design embedded in the middle and a 4 mm high edging extending all the way around the table. The simple telescope support will stand a weight up to 60 kg in the middle of the table. The total thickness of the table is 16 mm, not including the raised edging. The hinges are in stainless steel.
