Sea Ray 580 Sundancer

There's a lot of teak as standard to this Sea Ray model, but you can get more of it. All around on the fore deck and to the swim platform.

Construction and assembling

The teak deck is made out of 9 mm thick, solid, caulked teak. The slats are 31 mm wide except the frames which are 45 mm wide. There is no need for drilling or screwing. The deck is assembled with glue only (ca 1,7 liter glue/sqm).
